Made from Russian Black Sable, also known as fitch hair, these DaVinci Black Sable paint brushes are stiffer and more rugged than red sable brushes and are offered at a much lower cost. Pefect for oil painters who prefer smooth painting with a minimum of brush marks such as those who do portraiture or realism. Handmade in Germany with distinctive burgundy handles.
