Inside Sales for Aftermarket Materials::
We are seeking a motivated individual for business-to-business sales at Hyatt's Allentown location in Buffalo, NY. This position involves supporting and growing aftermarket material sales to an existing customer base in an assigned territory. The objective of your effort is to maintain and secure additional sales, as well as searching for new customers to grow the business. You must have outstanding people skills, both on the phone and in person, and strong computer experience with Word, Excel, and ACT or GOLDMINE helpful. Knowledge of popular graphics software is helpful. Previous inside or outside sales experience is required.

Typical Day:
The typical day will involve talking to customers and potential customers by telephone (both inbound and outbound calls), entering orders and responding to customer service issues. The outbound calling effort is primarily responsible for growth, so you will be proactively contacting existing customers, following-up on leads and contacting first-time customers who have placed initial orders via our website or other internet sites. You will also be responsible for identifying and contacting potential customers. Hyatt’s has an extensive database of existing customers and prospective customers, containing contact information, sales and other history information. The objective of your efforts is to develop customers and build long term relationships to foster repeat long term business.

Hourly plus commission. Commission paid is a percentage of the profit of sales. The more sold the more you earn.
