I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation of
your Technical Support Staff and to commend one employee in particular
– Mr. Roger Hoeft.
I have been a loyal customer of Hyatt’s Graphic Supply for almost
five years since my first experience with computer sign making. I have
purchased my equipment and supplies from you and have been pleased with
the products. When I work with a company I feel that customer service
is of the utmost importance. As we all know, products are not always available,
equipment breaks down and shippers don’t always deliver on time.
The value of having a customer service person to be understanding, patient,
accommodating, and courteous can make all the difference.
I arrived in my office Monday morning to find that daylight savings time
had shut down my Graphix AdvantageTM software leaving me in a lurch. I
phoned your Technical Service department and promptly received a call
back from Roger. He listened and made some suggestions. We were not able
to solve the problem after a few phone calls so he referred me to the
Gerber Technical Support Office. But to no avail; they were not successful.
At that point I phoned Roger back (at 4:48 pm — close to day end)
and he was extremely helpful. He was very patient and a very good listener.
I could tell he was staying past his required time. We worked through
it and my system was up and running.
It is with all that I praise him and nominate him “Employee of the
Month!” I feel he should be personally commended. As a consumer,
I stress to you the importance of Customer Service and name Roger Hoeft
of Hyatt’s Graphic Supply as an asset to your company. When I purchase
from Hyatt’s in the future I will remember his help and others in
your company with whom I’ve dealt all along.

I have never met anyone in the industry like the people at Hyatt's. We
had met J.D. Iles at the Atlantic City Show two years ago and at the time
we had discussed the age of our router. We knew we needed to upgrade. We were
about to receive a contract for a job of 104, 8" x 8" x 6' pressure-treated
posts with engraved text on all four sides - painted and installed.
We only had 90 days from beginning to the end of the job.
I called J.D. and told him of the job and asked if there was a way to make the
Sabre 408 that we were considering work within the 90-day time frame. The Hyatt team went
to work, disassembled their router, and purchased an 8" x 8" post to put to the test.
IT WORKED!!! So we then placed our order for a new router, explaining that delivery and installation
was crucial because our old router was still working
very hard trying to stay caught up and, while doing the 104 posts with
the modification, our jobs would be put on hold.
This job was completed ahead of schedule! If you have a challenge, give it to J.D., Billy and Derek. If there is
a way it can be done they will figure it out.

understood and always hands on. The Thermal Crafters™ Convention is very
informative, with a large number of Hyatt's staff, and Gerber Reps answering
some of the toughest of questions. Thanks to Gerber Scientific Products
and Hyatt's, I have earned an exceptional reputation in my business.

The
services of Hyatt's are unbeatable by any company we have ever dealt with.
This was proven one day at 4:30pm when one of our Sabre 408 routers went
down. I called J.D. Iles, our regional manager, and told him of our problem.
At the time we had to run our 2 routers 24 hours a day to meet a deadline
of a rollout we had, and had no time to get a repair man out here. JD
stayed late and helped us fix the router by actually experimenting and
cutting wires on his own router to see what would work. It did work, and
thanks to him risking his own equipment, we made the deadline.
The support level for our software and equipment (even if bought elsewhere)
has been an unbelievable help to us. The material sales and customer service
department also has never let us down. We have a high volume of vinyl
usage here and occasionally certain vinyl has to be back ordered, but
Mark Pfeil will always let us know immediately if there is any problem
with our order. Hyatt's also introduced us to the Quantum line of vinyl,
which is more applicable to our needs.
