This is a box of 12 Scraper Cutters in assorted styles from the Essdee company. Each is made from high-carbon steel that has been hardened and tempered to provide long life. They are also jig-ground to provide the optimum scraping edge. Use on scraperboard - also called scratchboard, for engraving, and mixed media. Styles include: #1 creates fine lines, #2 for medium to broad lines, #3 can produce dots and circles, # 4 for clearing large areas, #5 a 4-point cutter for parallel lines and cross-hatching.
